The Virginia Cleaning Co. was built as a family business by cousins Natalie Riley and Dalton Chekos, together with Jordan, with a shared goal of creating a locally operated cleaning company rooted in Virginia.
While each of us brings different strengths and experience to the company, we share the same vision for what a local cleaning company should be: dependable, professional, organized, and genuinely invested in the communities it serves.
Dalton and Jordan bring the Virginia roots and local leadership that make The Virginia Cleaning Co. truly part of the community. They are here on the ground, helping build and support our team, care for our clients, and ensure the standards we've established are reflected in every home and business we're trusted to clean.
Natalie brings years of experience building and operating multiple successful residential cleaning companies, along with the systems, training, technology, and customer-service standards that help create a consistently great experience for both clients and team members.
